-Background

UICA is the first cryptographic coin award in the field of blockchain.
Compared with traditional awards, it has the characteristics of decentralized value assessment/anonymity/non-tamperable/consensus mechanism and token economy.
The emergence of UICA is precisely to solve the drawbacks of the current traditional awards.

-Introduction

The UQn Infinite Creation Award (UICA) initiated by UQnFund is a cryptocurrency award for artists of independent literature and art (independent literature/movie/music/art, etc.).The awards are designed to inspire and support creators' future-oriented creations, but not the honors of past achievements.

-Prize amount

UICA offers cryptocurrency uqn (poetic coin) as a bonus.
Winners will get a total amount of 3000000uqn for the first year and decreased by 30% year by year to 1,000,000uqn.
The bonus is issued once and the winner is free to manage the prize independently. No other conditions attached.
UQnFund is repurchased on a fixed basis each year.

-Cycle

Twice a year (July and December)
1-15 people each time.

-Selection criteria

1. Independence: Creators need to think and create independently, and reject interference from various rights factors.
   2, Originality: Creators’ works should present obvious creativity, uniqueness and personal stylization.
   
2. Persistence: Creators should maintain the ability of creating for a complex period of time and have the potential for long-term independent creation.
   4, Futuristic: Creator's works need to show a remarkable exploration spirit and forward-looking ideology.
   
   

-Selection system

For the first year
UQnFund searches nominations - anonymous judges.
Applications are not acceptable. Advanced notices are not offered.

Since the second year
UQnFund searches nominations + nominations from anonymous judges +former winner’s nomination.
Open Anonymous Currency Vote to select the final winner.

-Award method

The email is notified by UQnFund and the bonus paper wallet is sent directly to the winner's mailbox.
UQnFund announced the award through the uqn community and related media. The winner’s uqn address will be released but the name concealed.

-Other information

Uqn (UQin Node) is a community token for literary creators and enthusiasts.
The aim is to evaluate and embody the new decentralization of literary and artistic creation through uqn, so that creative works and ideas can be respected and motivated as never before, thus creating a more independent and equal creative ecology.

-Uqn legal tender repo

In order to increase the liquidity of uqn so as to meet the funding needs of the winners, uqn fund will repurchase the previous winners with a margin of approximate 10% at the time of each UICA release.

Any personal information of the winners will not be published.
Only the uqn address of the winners will be announced.
Winners can accept or reject the award and related rights (ignoring or deleting the email and private key, we will treat it as a black hole address), but the award will not be rolled back.
